September Luncheon: Employee Restrictive Covenants

Our guest speaker for the September 20, 2016 membership meeting is Attorney MARK BLOOM, who will speak on Employee Restrictive Covenant Agreements and our local court’s opinion of them.  Mark recently moderated a continuing education presentation with Judge Boyer and Judge Felts on the topic.

Mr. Bloom is a former human resources administrator.  Admitted to the Indiana State Bar in 2001, he is now an attorney at Beckman Lawson LLP in Fort Wayne.  Mr. Bloom's labor and employment practice includes counseling and defending employers regarding discrimination, leave issues, wage and hour issues, retaliation, non-compete issues, affirmative action plans, I-9 compliance, worker's compensation, unemployment and immigration.
