Changes to Indiana Notary Statute:  Samantha Chapman will speak to members about new requirements for notaries effective July 1, 2018 due to changes to the Indiana Notary Statute (Indiana Code 33-42, Chapters 1 – 4 and 8).  Members will learn about the specific changes to the statute and the new requirements and responsibilities for notaries.  Feel free to bring a notary stamp to determine if it complies with the new statute.
