Work Place Ergonomics

Ben Schafer with Indiana Physical Therapy will be discussing Work Place Ergonomics and giving us tips and exercises to use at work in order to promote overall health and well-being, and combat common health issues of desk jobs such as carpal tunnel, poor posture, neck issues, weight gain, and many others.
