Mr. Williams is an attorney with Shambaugh Kast Beck & Williams, LLP. Mr. Williams is a 1995 graduate of Ashland University and a 2000 graduate of the University of Akron School of Law. Mr. Williams is admitted to practice in Indiana, Ohio, U.S. District Court, Northern District of Indiana and the U.S. Tax Court.
Mr. Williams areas of practice include estate and personal planning, estate and trust administration, guardianships, probate litigation, charities, business organizations, general litigation, and taxation. Mr. Williams came to work in these particular areas because he truly enjoys the role of attorney as a counselor, helping clients meet their goals and personal objectives. Mr. Williams often works with individuals or families where there is a special need or disability, putting to use his education and experience.
