John O. Feighner is an attorney at Haller & Colvin PC. His key practice areas include Personal Injury, Wrongful Death, Automobile Liability, Product Liability, Civil Rights, Commercial Litigation, Estate, Trust and Guardianship Litigation.  He will speak to NIPA members about how to finalize settlements for clients under age 18, including guardianship requirements.

John Feighner has been named to the Best Lawyers in America since 2000 and ranked by the Indiana Super Lawyers as one of the top attorneys in Indiana since 2003. He was a member of the Indiana Judicial Nominating Commission (2015-2017). John Presented "Two Parties, One Oath: A Conversation on Civility" at a seminar and panel discussion by the Indiana Trial Lawyers Association and the Defense Trial Counsel of Indiana. He was also quoted in the article “Courting Civility” on TheIndianaLawyer.com. Mr. Feighner is a lecturer at seminars held by the Allen County Bar Association and the Indiana Trial Lawyer Association. He received the Niemann Award for Civility, Allen County Bar Association, 2018.

John Feighner received his Bachelor of Arts in 1973 from Brown University, Providence, R.I. He then went on to obtain his law degree from the IU Robert H. McKinney School of Law in 1976.
